Panel sizing systems. From single axis saws, semi- to fully automatic angle plants for highest performance- the special requirements of the customer are precisely included, from the project planning stage onwards. Gantry saws, multi-blade saws and special saws complement the spectrum of the cut to size plants. Anthon plants cut to size different materials professionally with high precision.

Barrel manufacturing machines. Famous since 1865, the Anthon barrel making machines for producing traditional wooden barrels in different sizes. The trend today! The traditional methods of producing whiskey, wines and other specialties, which make up the taste and the quality, brings the barrel strongly forward again. The demand for higher volumes of wooden barrels is increasing.

Packaging lines. Anthon GmbH develops and realizes innovative, fully automatic packing lines for the panel industry. The plants pack large quantities of furniture parts with the aid of different robots which are PLC controlled. Both 6- axis gantry robots are integrated for this purpose. In combination with different conveyor systems complete packing lines are created, which are the logic sequel of the approved Anthon panel sizing plants.

Sanding machines. As a sanding units spirally grooved steel contact rolls, sanding pads and combined units are available. Anthon-sanding machines are designed as single- or double sided sanding machines, are available as stand-alone solution or can be integrated into production lines. Anthon sanding machines are available depending on the type up to a working width of 26000 mm and sanding accuracy of 5/100 mm.

Destacking systems. High cutting performance requires high capacity in the destacking systems. Depending on the required degree of automation, the material to be destacked and the cutting complexity, Anthon offers different solutions. These vary from manual over semi- automatic to fully automatic systems.

Feeding systems. Feeding and destacking to ensure an adequate supply. for a working process running at its optimum the supply and removal of material is of utmost importance. Anthon feeding - and destacking systems are designed for the most different handling- techniques and adapted to the desired material.
