Intercon was established in 1976 and has become a leading manufacturer,
importer, designer, and supplier of solid wood home furnishings, selling
over one million tables, chairs, and china cabinets annually. It is a family
owned and operated business for over 30 years. Intercon is familiar with all
aspects of manufacturing and offshore sourcing of wood dining room, bedroom,
home office and home theater furniture. Our business relationships with our
overseas factories began over 20 years ago, dealing only with high
integrity, high quality factories that help us to deliver the best value in
the industry. Our close, long-term relationships with our factories and
retail dealer organizations have enabled us to provide customized programs
to fit both vendor and retailer. As a result, you can find us on many of the
floors of largest furniture retailers in the USA and Canada.

Currently, we operate warehouse and assembly plants in Fife, Washington, Salt Lake City, Utah, Lincoln Park, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Beijing, China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Slovenia. We also have a manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, which produces solid oak tables and knotty alder tables and chairs. Intercon imports quality furniture from China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Slovenia and employs an exclusive team responsible for product design, engineering and development. A quality control and development team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia coordinates product development and proper construction along with conducting quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Additionally, we have showrooms in both High Point, North Carolina and Las Vegas, Nevada, displaying our many furniture programs.
