The Backbone (http://www.wood-furniture.biz/forums/www.markantoffice.com) concept is the spindle of the office environment, combining four workstations with each other. It stimulates cooperation between employees, but ensures the individual needs and privacy at the same time. On both sides of the rectangular and keen designed Backbone, two comfortable back-to-back workstations are created, consuming limited office space. A spin-off of the Backbone is the Anklebone. With one end closed, enabling two workstations, the Anklebone is a perfect solution for a reception desk. Markant Backbone and Anklebone are being supplied with integrated power blocks allowing easy access for electronic devices, data and USB ports as an option. Each workstation contains two A4 drawers as a standard and four binder shelves, to be adjusted individually to ones needs. All doors and drawers contain soft closing of the best quality. Backbone and Anklebone become available in two standard finishes: chateau oak and white. Additional colours are available upon request. Backbone can be perfectly combined with all furniture ranges by Markant.
