How do I create a great dining room?

I'm trying to re-furnish my dining room, and I need help! I want my dining room to look as if I just bought the house. I am going to give some ideas on how I would like my dining room to look like. The problem is, I don't know where to find my desired furniture, and what it is. If you have any recommendations/suggestions, do feel free to list it down. Also, if you can, please list down any pictures of the item, and where I can find it/purchase it. Thanks!
