Went to Bassett furniture and order a sofa and loveseat. I told sales person it was not to exceed 36" in height. We found one that was 35" high and I said that was perfect. After looking at all the sample fabrics and couldn't find anything, I saw a fabric on a sofa I like and was able to get it in color I wanted. They sent out the style of sofa that fabric was on,not the style that was 35" high. This furniture is 38" high and customer service rep. at store refuses to take back, or will if I pay a 25% restock fee..I feel it is their mistake, and should be able to return with no penalty.
