We just signed with Landon home in Texas and need to get some ideas/advices on what we should consider upgrading. Could you help me list some that you deem worth an upgrade? or things that you wished you had upgrade? Please also help educate me on reasons behind your thought. Thanks!

Here are some items that we are considering (might change base on $$):
1. Extend kitchen cabinet length so they would start at the top of ceiling
2. Get rid of the white shower tray and put in tile on floor
3. Speakers wiring
4. Extend the concrete of back patio ($6/sq ft)
5. Kitchen island extend bigger so we can sit around with bar stool chairs
6. Front Entry door (standard is Knotty Alder, and I was some glass)
7. Light in kitchen pantries (size is Not a walk-in, but still like to be able to see things in there)
