My set was given to me by a friend and I really like everything about it except all the seats are way too soft for me. I would need 1 chair and 3 for the sofa. Is it very expensive? and do people replace the foam sometimes? What sort of store do I go to for this kind of help? Thanks for your help.

Ya you can replace the foam inside the cushions. Replacements of foam is not a difficult task. You need a special attention for this. Many of the cushions having zip outside the edge of cushion. You have to unzip that; remove the older foam and insert the new foam in that cushion. Some cushions are zip less and having thread all around their. That cushions takes more times for the replacements.
