The long-standing mayor of Brantford has witnessed his city undergo a transformation since he began his run in office back in 1994. Last year, the average detached home in Brantford sold for over $500,000 dollars, which is right in line with what GTA homeowners look for in investment markets. Real estate agents such as those from The Munir Group have been busy accommodating out of town buyers and keeping the housing sales ticking over.

Also on the list were North Glengarry in Ottawa, St. Albert in Edmonton, Norwood Flats in Winnipeg and Crown Point East in Hamilton (which isn’t that far from Brantford itself.
