Ed Babcock lives in the center of the United States. He has been sculpting with his chainsaw for 10 years. He crafts his work from everyday sights and sounds.
When a tornado stormed through a mile south of where he lived, he sculpted a wooden tornado... When a raccoon took up residence nearby, a raccoon showed up in a sign crafted for a customar, along with an eagle, squirrel, and owl.
Land turtles, with brightly painted shells made a lady's flower garden the envy of the neigborhood.
The over 6' tall greyhound dog was a mascot for a local junior college and was made for the main entrace hall.
A baseball glove was made for the Negro Hall of Fame in Kansas City...
