My wife spent 2,412.00 on a man wah furniture set from sofa mart 2929 s.w loop 323 in tyler tx.75701 on 2-20-10 salesman was micah secor manager 903-526-0943 the furniture is one omega dual recl. and two omega glider rockers our complaint is the bearings keep going out in the rockers the salesman has helped and been courtious how ever just replacing the chair dose not fix the problem about every three months the bearings go out we have went through four replacement rockers what are your recommendations my options are replace the bearings my self with better bearings which i cannot find any,or once again replace the chair wich i belive will not fix the quality or the bearings or get our money back is there heavy buty bearing avail.for these rockers that your company can supply ive spoke with a consumer advocate att.
