Need some help decorating my daughters room!?

Hey! I have an almost 3 year old daughter who is moving into her "big girl bed" so with that I decided I'll go all out and paint her room and get her all new bedding and things. This is the bedding she is getting..

She has Hot pink walls then a white chair rail and black and white stripes at the bottom. I want to paint over the black and white stripes BUT keep the hot pink (since the bedding has spots of pink) WHAT COLOR SHOULD I PAINT OVER THE BLACK AND WHITE STRIPES TO MATCH HER BEDDING AND THE HOT PINK? It really a very touch task how to decorate your girl room without knowing anything else. I don't have also much of information but I would like to suggest you to add some designer large size cushions for floor with some bright colors like pink, yellow, orange and could be parrot colors. They will decorate your girl room in a stylish and as well as make it more elegant.
