    Apron-front sinks

I want to remove our kitchen sink and replace it with an apron-front farmhouse sink.

My husband says outside of the cosmetic aspect of a farmhouse sink, he wants to get some practical features for the money and he is reluctant to change the sink.

Can you please help me change his mind?

Aside from good looks, apron-front sinks do offer practical features.

First, they're usually large single-bowl sinks that offer extra room for cleaning oversized pots and pans.

Next, an apron-front sink is oriented closer to the forward edge of the countertop, so it can be easier on your back when reaching into the sink.

Finally, the exposed front panel of the sink leaves plenty of space to add a decorative touch to your kitchen.

Farmhouse sinks are available with many different colors, patterns and textures built into the front panel, giving you a creative way to talk your husband into a new kitchen sink.
